First Time Clients

Welcome to Sugar! We love to have new people come see us. We offer a complimentary consultation so that our stylists can meet with you and discuss your wants and needs. It’s our passion to have you leaving Sugar loving your hair. We do require a credit card number to hold first time appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or give us little notice, we miss the opportunity to offer our time to someone else waiting for services. Due to this, a cancellation fee of 50% of services scheduled will apply to appointments cancelled within 24 hours. This includes appointment no shows. Be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service as requested and the cancellation fee may be implemented. We do understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.


Payment is expected at the time of service unless previous arrangements are made with the stylist. We accept cash, check, and Venmo as forms of payment.



We strive to give you great hair. In the event that you are not satisfied, please let us know within 7 days and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Products: Products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days requires management approval. The Salon reserves the right to refuse exchanges at their discretion.


We do not provide services for children. Due to our small space we ask that you do not bring your children to appointments.


We are a dog-friendly salon. We do ask that you let us know if you plan on bringing your dog in, so we can make sure it won’t be a detriment to other clients. Certified Service Animals are always welcome.
